Crispy Broccoli

This is one of my favorite recipes. It is super easy to make and it is delicious. Try using it as a substitute for french fries. It is a great way to get that crispy texture in a healthy way. Broccoli is a power food and there is no easier way to add it to your diet. I find when I am craving chips this will satisfy me in a pinch.

  1. This is perfect – I only have packets at home – now I do not have to go out and specially purchase the big bag of truvia to try out a new low fat recipe.

  2. so for 1/2 cup sugar should i sub 2 tbs =4 tsp truvia?

    • Hi Becky, that is so funny! I did not realize I had left that out. I will add it. So for 1/2 cup of sugar, you would use 3 1/2 Tbsp or 12 packets. 😎
